A second emphasis is to provide excellent customer service at all levels of our business. We expect our staff to be
knowledgeable of what we are providing our customers, pleasant, accurate and timely in our responses.

Carmen's has grown from one retail outlet selling only vacuums, to a full scale distribution company with 4 local retail
stores. In addition to this local footprint, we have developed a nationwide and international presence. We have also
expanded our operations offering more than vacuums, but servicing, parts, and jan/san items. It's this continued drive to
expand that keeps us moving forward, as we continue looking for new avenues of success.
